Some time ago, I began to try to live a better life — physically, emotionally, spiritually. This has involved changes in my nutrition, my workout routines, the addition of yoga, and meditation. Over time, and with research, I’ve begun to learn more about all these things.
I use this space to share what’s working, what I’m trying, the results I’m getting, and some failures along the way too.
Currently, here’s what is working for me: I eat paleo (which means meat, green vegetables, some fruit, and no grains or dairy), train in high-intensity varied intervals, lift weights twice per week (squats, deadlifts), and power yoga three times per week. I try to meditate daily, but more often it is about four times per week. I drink no alcohol, take no drugs, and do not smoke.
This is a new project, so lots of parts are under construction. Especially now — I just set this up in January 2013. I populated this blog by importing some content from my main blog.
I’m no expert. Your results may vary a great deal. I am simply sharing my own experiences.
