245 pounds, ready for deadlift

Today at the gym I did my “Workout B” — Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Presses, and a metabolic conditioning routine (in this case two times Box Jump / Push Up 21-15-9 for time).

How did I do?

Here’s my log from Evernote:

  • Squat 5×5: 205 / 205 / 205 / 215 / 220 (3)
  • Dead lift 3×5: 225 / 245 / 245
  • Bench press 5×5: 135 / 155 / 155 (4) / 145 (3) / 145 (3)
  • Box Jump / Push Up: 21-15-9 for time: 3:28 / 3:10
