Here’s an awesome green smoothie recipe. I often have it mid-day for a pick-me up.
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 TBS almond butter
- 1TBS raw honey
- 1 TBS coconut oil
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into thumb0size chunks (but don’t cut your thumb)
- big handful spinach leaves
Toss it all into a blender, wet ingredients first. Blend for, oh, 20-30 seconds. Until it looks creamy and awesome.
